Comprehensive biologic, cosmetic, and preventive dentistry with targeted therapies and emphasis on individual care. Our goal is to promote your health, not just combat disease. We emphasize a minimally invasive approach and offer natural alternatives to chemical products. We even provide materials testing so we know your personal sensitivities so we can find the most compatible choice for your dental filling or dental crown. We will work not just with you, but with other members of your health team, including integrative physicians and naturopaths. Cosmetic dentistry treatments from teeth whitening to dental implants allow you to restore your smile to its youthful beauty or achieve a smile youve always dreamt about. This idea sounds odd at first, but it is pretty exciting: Keratin (found in hair) shows possibility as an ingredient in dental products. When keratin contacts minerals found in saliva, it has the potential to build a strong structure that mimics dental enamel and could be used to help protect teeth. This is early stage research, but may point in an interesting direction for the future of dental care.

Our dental assistant Louanna raises her own chickens and she stopped by to introduce us to her new babies. It was a great way to end the day with a smile and a little floof ball!

Dr. Jeanne Sinkford is another Black History Month inspiration to us! Dr. Sinkford was the top of her class, a female dentist at a time when there were few, and the first female dean of an American dental school She believed "mentoring develops the profession" so she worked with at-risk students as well as junior faculty to guide them in the academic world. Additionally, she worked to ensure that in poor and underserved communities, local dentists were trained to treat a multitude of procedures as patients were unable to afford costly specialists. She juggled all of this professional success and also raised 3 children.
