Today is extra special because we’re celebrating not only Dr. Nick’s 33rd birthday but also his 2-year anniversary at Roc Kids Smile!
Dr. Sirotenko is incredibly smart, talented, and kind. We are beyond lucky to have one of Upstate New York’s most outstanding pediatric dentists as part of our team.

He has become such an amazing role model for our team and the little smiles we care for every day.

The kids absolutely love him, and so do we!

Help us wish Dr. Nick the happiest of birthdays and celebrate two wonderful years with Roc Kids Smile! We’re so grateful to have you! ❤️

Double the smiles, double the fun!
Today, twins Zion and Kairo had their first dental cleanings at Roc Kids Smile—and they did an amazing job!
We couldn’t get enough of how adorable they looked in their matching outfits with those glowing smiles!
After their appointments, they headed to the Toy Tower and each picked out an awesome toy to take home, along with their brand-new toothbrushes!
Welcome to the practice!

Celebrating two very special members of the Roc Kids Smile team!
We had the pleasure of celebrating two of our favorite assistants on the very same day! Margaret and Bryce are brother and sister, born exactly four years apart, and we are so fortunate to have them both as part of our team. 💙

Both Margaret and Bryce are incredible assistants who work hard, care deeply about our patients, and bring so much positivity and light to our office each day. We truly appreciate everything they do!

To kick off their birthday celebrations last week, we enjoyed lunch from Rochester favorite, Sinbad’s, followed by a delicious strawberry cake for dessert. 🍓🎂

Happy 23rd birthday, Margaret, and 19th birthday, Bryce! We hope you both had a wonderful celebration. We look forward to celebrating many more birthdays together!

Ava has already become such a valued part of our team, and we're grateful to have her with us. We look forward to all the great things ahead as she continues her journey with our practice.
Please join us in wishing Ava a very happy birthday! 🩷

Nothing makes a day brighter than a thoughtful surprise!
Our new dental hygienist, Ava, was surprised by her sweet patient, Annabelle, with a beautiful real flower today, and it absolutely made her day! 💐 Annabelle was so excited to bring it in, and we think it’s just as pretty as she is.
Moments like these remind us how lucky we are to care for such kind, thoughtful families. Thank you so much again, Annabelle!

Happy Birthday, Dr. Maria! 🎂💐
Today we celebrated our amazing boss with balloons, flowers, candles, and cake! Thank you for being such a generous, caring, and inspiring professional.
The biggest highlight was Michael, Dr. Nick’s nephew, making a special appearance and helping Dr. Maria blow out the candles and make a wish! ✨
A delicious lunch was enjoyed from Gatehouse and finished with a tiramisu cake from Savoia Bakery. The perfect way to celebrate someone so special!
Wishing you another year filled with happiness, and all the love you deserve. Happy Birthday! ❤️
