Happy Birthday, Dr. Maria! 🎂💐
Today we celebrated our amazing boss with balloons, flowers, candles, and cake! Thank you for being such a generous, caring, and inspiring professional.
The biggest highlight was Michael, Dr. Nick’s nephew, making a special appearance and helping Dr. Maria blow out the candles and make a wish! ✨
A delicious lunch was enjoyed from Gatehouse and finished with a tiramisu cake from Savoia Bakery. The perfect way to celebrate someone so special!

Meet the newest member of the ROC Kids Smile family, Bryce!
It’s only Bryce’s 5th day in the office, and he’s already catching on so quickly. He’s incredibly smart, great with our patients, and has been a wonderful addition to the team.
Bryce will be serving as our new Sterilization Technician while also assisting our hygienists during routine cleanings. We’re so lucky to have him!
To welcome Bryce on his first day, we enjoyed a team lunch from Crave Ramen and spent some quality time together as team celebrating our newest member.

Today we celebrated an early birthday for Rose, whose official birthday is this Friday!
For more than 12 years, Rose has been an essential part of Roc Kids Smiles. Her professionalism, intelligence, and welcoming personality are a huge part of what makes our practice so special. We truly believe there is no better receptionist out there.
We enjoyed lunch from LongHorn Steakhouse and celebrated with a delicious carrot cake from Cheesy Eddy’s to show our appreciation for someone who means so much to our team and patients alike.

Our brave 4-year-old patient did an amazing job during his exam and cleaning this morning while his trusty dinosaur buddy watched proudly from the shoulder of the chair the whole time 🦕 His matching t-rex tee made the appointment even more fun!
Shown in the second pic… Dr. Maria made sure Mr. Dino’s teeth looked great too
Now this cutie and his sidekick are all ready for summer with a pearly smile! ☀️

Today marks an entire decade of dedication! It is officially Sheila’s ten year anniversary as a dental hygienist at Roc Kids Smile!
Yesterday, we had the honor of celebrating Sheila’s anniversary (a day early) at Black and Blue. It was a truly special evening, highlighted by a decadent meal and the joy of coming together as a team to recognize Sheila’s remarkable contributions.
Over the past decade, Sheila has exemplified hard work, intelligence, kindness, and an unwavering positive spirit. Her commitment has left an indelible mark on our team and our community. We are grateful for her immense devotion, and it was a privilege to celebrate this milestone with her.
Thank you, Sheila, for ten extraordinary years—you are truly appreciated. 💛

Miss Sydney had a great time visiting Saint Paul’s Childcare in Rochester to teach the 2-5 year olds about dental care and healthy hygiene habits!
The children were so engaged, smart, and excited to learn. Everyone took a turn brushing Mr. Dinosaur’s teeth, we read a few books together, and each child went home with a fun goody bag.
Thank you to Saint Paul’s Childcare for the warm welcome — and for sharing your beautiful space with ROC Kids Smile. The architecture was stunning and the mural down the staircase was adorable!

Today we had the pleasure of seeing three siblings from the Shaw family for their routine cleanings. They did an outstanding job—cooperative, positive, and all smiles throughout their visits. 🦷✨
To celebrate their excellent effort, they were rewarded with extra tokens for our prize tower and new toothbrushes to keep their smiles healthy at home! Another great day at the office!

Roc Kids Smile was delighted to host a belated celebration in honor of Sally’s birthday!
While her special day fell over the weekend, we were grateful for the opportunity to recognize her with our team, today.
The celebration featured catering from Moe’s and a strawberry shortcake from Wegmans, which was thoroughly delicious.
Sally has served as our office manager for the past 12 years, demonstrating exceptional leadership and dedication. She is strong, insightful, and highly capable—consistently ensuring that every aspect of our practice runs smoothly. Her ability to lead with confidence and manage every detail makes her an invaluable part of our organization.
