Congratulations to our specialist, Dr. Alexandra Tsigarida for being elected a Trustee of the American Academy of Periodontology's Board of Directors in its 7th District. As a new Trustee, Dr. Tsigarida plans to continue her efforts to support and improve the periodontal education , help establish collaborations with medical colleagues and reinforce the Academy’s vision on scientific and technological innovation.

This saves treatment time and has been proven, by our group to lead to excellent esthetics and health of the implant and gums.

Dr Chochlidakis recently presented in the annual meeting of the International Team for Implantology (ITI US Section) in Atlanta, GA. Dr Chochlidakis presented the current clinical evidence in treating patients with full-arch implant restorations.

If a front tooth needs to be extracted and an implant placed, UDFG Prosthodontics, Periodontics and Implant Surgery can extract the tooth, place the implant AND a temporary crown, often made out of your own tooth, during the same visit. No need to wear a removable retainer!

If your gums are receding and you have symptoms, we have the way to treat this! This is a patient who was just treated in the upper arch with gum graft and ceramic crowns and we will be working on the lower arch soon
