Unfortunately, our orthodontic office is still without power, and we have been informed that power is not expected to be restored until tomorrow.

We want to let you know that our office is currently without water and power do the storms last night. Unfortunately, this means we aren’t able to safely see patients at this time. Headgear may not be the most exciting part of orthodontic treatment, but it has an important job! Wearing it for the prescribed 12–14 hours each day provides the steady pressure needed to guide jaw growth and move teeth into the correct position.

After school, during screen time, and while sleeping are great opportunities to get those hours in! 🌙📱

Braces create lots of little hiding spots for food and plaque, so brushing thoroughly and using a water flosser make a great team! Together, they help keep brackets clean, gums healthy, and smiles fresh throughout treatment.

Just remember—a water flosser supports brushing, but doesn’t replace it! 🪥💧
