We participate with many PPO insurance plans, such as Delta Dental, MetLife, and Cigna. Please call so we can look up your specific plan. I do not participate in Medicare or Adult Medicaid programs.

Cash patients
If you do not have insurance, we have a $149 new-patient special. This covers your initial consult and X-rays. This is typically a $300 to $600 values, depending on which X-rays we need to take.
