Happy Boss’s Day to the TWO very best bosses around!

We truly hit the jackpot with these two! They are genuine, caring people who lead with heart and treat our team like family. Their compassion doesn’t stop with us; it shines through in the way they care for every patient who walks through our doors.

They remind us that a great practice is about so much more than dentistry. It’s about people, relationships, and making others feel valued, seen, and cared for.

We are so thankful to work for two people who lead with kindness, integrity, and heart. The best bosses aren’t just great at what they do; they genuinely care about WHO they do it with and WHO they do it for. 🥹❤️

Fun fact! Dr. Richardson doesn’t just fix teeth… she and Rocket are champions in the agility ring, too!

This weekend, Dr. Richardson and her four-legged teammate, Rocket, traveled to Pennsylvania to compete in an agility competition… and BROUGHT HOME THE WIN! 1st overall combined at the AKC ISC National Agility Championship!!

We love seeing the incredible talents and passions our team members have outside the office! Help us congratulate Dr. Richardson and Rocket on their amazing accomplishment!

Way to go, Dr. Richardson & Rocket! You’re a winning team both in and out of the office!

Today we got to slow down, enjoy a delicious breakfast, and celebrate this incredible team of women.

Behind every great dental practice is a team of beautiful, hardworking, dedicated women who show up every day ready to care for our patients, support one another, and give their absolute best.

We work hard, laugh harder, and continue to provide individualized care for each and every patient. We are beyond thankful for each one of these ladies and everything they bring to our team.

Please welcome our newest office mascot… an 8-week-old Australian Labradoodle named Bogey ⛳️

He’s already mastered the most important dental office skills:
✨ Winning over everyone he meets
✨ Accepting unlimited belly rubs
✨ Distracting the team from actual work
✨ And, of course, being ridiculously adorable! 😂

We’re pretty sure he’s here to improve patient satisfaction… and employee morale. 😉

A huge shout-out to Roanoke Oral Surgery, Inc. for hosting such a great continuing education meeting for our dental hygienists! We loved learning more about implant maintenance and how we can continue providing the best care and education for our patients.

And an extra special shout-out to the person behind the adorable swag bags! They were SO cute and such a thoughtful touch. We truly appreciate you thinking of our team!

Meet the newest member of our dental family… Nova Kane!

Nova Kane has officially joined the team and is already dressed for the occasion in her adorable back-to-school outfit! With August here and classrooms getting ready to welcome students back, she wanted to help us kick off the season in style.

Whether you’re counting down to the first day of school or soaking up every last bit of summer, we hope these final weeks are filled with sunshine, laughter, and wonderful memories with the people you love.

When she’s not helping our patients smile brighter, Madison loves staying active — whether she’s working out, playing coed soccer, or hitting the slopes in the winter with her high school sweetheart and now fiancé, Evan ❤️⛷️⚽

She’s also earned the title of best dog mom to Simba 🐶
