🦷 When might you need a root canal?

Staff Spotlight: Meet Kathryn!

Kathryn is a Dental Assistant at Blue Ridge Endodontics and has been part of the team for 12 years. Her day includes assisting with patient evaluations for the doctors, helping prepare treatment rooms between patients, and managing the sterilization area to keep everything running efficiently.

When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Kathryn shared, “My co-workers. I’ve been working with some of them for so long, they’re like family.”

Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys reading, exercising, playing golf, cooking, and spending time with her family. A fun fact about Kathryn: she’s been to Hawaii nine times! 🌺🦷

Staff Spotlight: Meet Ashley!

Ashley is the Office Manager at Blue Ridge Endodontics. She first worked with the team in 2023 and then returned in 2025. She helps keep the office running smoothly by opening the front office each morning, answering calls, and working closely with patients throughout the day.

When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Ashley shared, “I love being part of a group that really loves and cares for their employees. I love that we still have a family-run office feel.”

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys gardening, doing makeup, and reading. A fun fact about Ashley: she describes herself as an open book and says her favorite topic is herself—so she’s always sharing stories and fun facts! 😂🦷

Staff Spotlight: Meet Mallorie!

Mallorie is a Scheduling Coordinator at Blue Ridge Endodontics and recently celebrated her one-year anniversary with the team on May 14th. She spends her days answering phones, coordinating the schedule, helping patients, and supporting her team to keep the office running smoothly.

When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Mallorie shared, “My favorite part about our dental family is how we work so hard to keep our patients smiling. We focus on SAVING teeth instead of losing teeth. I have never worked at an establishment where I can confidently say I enjoy everyone I have worked with.”

Outside of work, Mallorie enjoys fishing with her daughter, listening to live music, and having cookouts with friends. During the winter, she says she spends most of her time inside binge-watching TV with her child. A fun fact about Mallorie: she hopes to open a speakeasy one day! 🎶🦷

We appreciate Mallorie’s positivity, teamwork, and the energy she brings to both her patients and coworkers every day.
