I had my lower wisdom tooth removed yesterday. I had to post a review. First, the office staff is amazing. You can tell Dr Moffett is passionate about what he does! Nothing better than walking into an office greeted by a smile to ease your nerves. Both appts I had minimal waiting time. In my laymans terms, my tooth was impacted in my jaw bone and laying on a nerve. I was told many surgeons wouldnt want to touch it, but Dr. Moffett didnt blink an eye and told me they would have it done in about 40-45 minutes and was able to do it with local anesthesia too!. My last lower wisdom tooth I had the same problem, but it was a nightmare to remove and I was in pain many weeks after. Thanks to Dr. Moffett and his wonderful assistant that wasnt the case this time.Yesterday, after the 40-45 min procedure, I had some pain after the local anesthesia wore off, so I took the pain pills prescribed. I had minimal pain this morning, so I took a Tylenol arthritis pill and havent had any pain since. Its a little sore from the stitches, but I can eat soft food, drink and my jaw moves freely!!!. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Moffett! Ive already told my nephew he needs to make an appt with this office for his wisdom tooth removal. Thank you Dr. Moffett, your assistant and your wonderful staff!
