Four years ago, we sat down with Maureen at a restaurant and talked about the possibility of her joining our team and helping lead our Riverside office into its next chapter.

Four years later, that possibility has become something pretty special.

Maureen has helped transform our Riverside office, not just through what she has accomplished, but through the grit, persistence, and heart she has shown through every high and every challenge along the way. She has continued to push us forward, make the people around her better, and help us raise the standard of what we can be every single day.

Greatness isn’t defined by one moment. It’s built through the commitment to keep showing up, keep growing, and keep believing in what’s possible.
