This one of my great patient who have lost all his upper teeth while in youth and most of his lower teeth were restored very shabby. I took up the challenge to restore both with in a limited budget that means a lot of compromises while keeping the masticatory and cosmetic priority on the top. First I restored the lower to have proper occlusion height, then I turned my attention to the upper edentulous arch. THERE was a great bone loss and challenge of restoring implants on flabby ridges. Six implants that is three on each side were placed almost 3 months before, these were completely buried inside the bone. Because a temporary full denture has to be planned keeping in view of his age.SO AFTER 3 MONTHS of wait , this video is showing the complete IMPLANT supported bridge containing 14 units that is teeth. LOOK at how beautiful the results are produced

In this video, tooth #3 that is right upper first Molar is shown with Abutment being screwed into the already placed implant a few months before. It is torqued permanently for the porcelain crown to be cemented for the comfortable chewing. This is is considered most modern and safe method to restore the lost tooth.
It is not good to cut and destroy the the two neighbour teeth to restore one lost tooth,Is not it look to be criminal- like in the case to make crown and bridge involving TWO natural and flawless teeth.IMPLANTS ARE THE REVOLUTIONARY TREATMENT IN MODERN DENTISTRY. Did you notice not even local anesthesia is used in this case,you do NOT need this but it is okay to use a little for your comfort.
