Today our office celebrated my dad’s birthday as a team. We also congratulated Isaura our MVP front office coordinator for starting her clinical nursing program. It was sad to say goodbye especially to such a hard working team member.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Over the last year, I have learned a lot by working and growing with my team to I hone my leadership style. I am finding that Leadership is one of the most important and difficult skill to learn and acquire.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
