Pt had a fracture on tooth #10. Dr. Gerskowitz went towards the path of extraction with immediate implant placement with help of a surgical guide to create less trauma on the bone. From there he was able to build a temporary crown for the patient that was screw retained to the implant. Pt is healing nicely and was happy that it was pain free and quickly executed!! 😁😁

TRANSFORMATION ALERT!!!! This patient came in wanting a new smile! Dr. Natovich sure did deliver!! Veneers on the maxillary from #6- #11 and on the mandibular from #22- #27 and just like that our patient is ready for a night out on the town💃🏻🕺😄
