Here are our top tips to keep your whitening results looking their best:

Use a straw when possible.
Especially for iced coffee, soda, or colored drinks.

Stay consistent with brushing and flossing
A clean smile stays whiter longer.

Avoid smoking or va**ng, which can quickly re-stain teeth.

Use whitening toothpaste sparingly.
Too much can increase sensitivity. A few times a week is plenty.

Schedule touch-ups before your smile fully fades.
Most clients love doing a touch-up every 6-12 months to keep their results fresh and bright year-round.
