Highline Dental is run by Dr. Albert Kim, who earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the NYU College of Dentistry. He opened Highline Dental in 2018 with the goal of giving patients in Richmond quality dental care at an affordable price. Dr. Kim prides himself on being a family-friendly dentist who is willing to go the extra mile to help his patients feel at ease, such as by providing warm blanket
