We hope that you are all well, staying safe and happy.
We are excited to announce that our office will reopen on Monday, May 11, 2020. In the upcoming weeks, we will be calling you to reschedule any appointment that was canceled during the mandated office closure. Please be patient with us during this process, we are opening with a limited schedule and prioritizing urgent care.
For the safety of our patients and our team, we have implemented many changes, including augmenting our infection control procedures already in place. Our team member will discuss it with you over the phone when confirming your appointment the day before.
We appreciate in advance your patience, understanding and cooperation as we navigate through this unprecedented time. We can’t wait to see your smile again and take care of your oral health.

We hope that you are all doing well and staying safe during this challenging time. As you all know, in compliance with the Governor’s executive order and the recommendations from the American Dental Association, our office remains closed for non-emergent care. The safety of our patients, their families and our team is our #1 priority. When we have a confirmed reopening date, we will contact you ASAP to reschedule your appointment.
Even though our office is closed, we are still here for you. If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact our office at (804)740-8360 and it will direct you to the emergency number where Dr. Nguyen can be reached. She will be happy to return your call as soon as she can and to assist you.

For the safety of our patients and team, we are closed temporarily, as of March 16th. We are hoping to re-open April 6th, but that date might change as we navigate through the Covid-19 situation. You can count on us to be in touch to reschedule your valuable appointment.

Notice to all our patients as we navigate through the COVID-19 situation.

Dear patients,

Please be assure that we are closely monitoring the Covid-19 situation. We want to assure you that the wellness and safety of our patients and team members are our top priority.

-If you are ill in any way, we ask that you please stay home and call us to reschedule your appointment.

-If you have traveled abroad in the past 14 days, please call our office to reschedule your appointment.

-Every team member will continue to wear personal protection equipment (PPE) that helps avoid transmission of illnesses.

-We will continue to practice good hygiene, including appropriate hand washing.

-We will continue to follow and maintain all sterilization protocols for our dental instruments and clinical areas as provided by the CDC and OSHA.

-We will disinfect all patient contact areas, such as door handles etc...as often as necessary.
