🦷✨ Top Hygienist Tip of the Day! ✨🦷

Want to get the most out of your flossing routine? Our hygienist Gaby recommends using the C-shape flossing technique with regular floss, such as Oral-B Satin Floss!

✅ Why C-shape flossing works:
Instead of simply snapping the floss up and down between your teeth, gently curve the floss into a "C" shape around one tooth. Slide it below the gumline and move it up and down against the side of the tooth before repeating on the neighboring tooth.

This technique helps:
🦷 Remove plaque more effectively
🦷 Clean below the gumline where your toothbrush can't reach
🦷 Reduce your risk of cavities between teeth
🦷 Help prevent gingivitis and gum disease

⭐ Our favorite floss: Oral-B Satin Floss. Its silky texture makes it comfortable to use while still being strong enough to clean thoroughly between teeth.

A few extra seconds of proper flossing each day can make a big difference in your oral health!

Thank you Hurley, Virginia 💙

This past week, our doctor, one of our amazing dental hygienists and a fantastic dental assistant had the privilege of joining St. James Episcopal Church on a Mission Trip to Hurley, Virginia; a beautiful, rural community in the heart of Appalachia. Over the course of two incredible days, the team provided dental care to so many wonderful members of the community.

It was more than just dentistry- it was about connection, compassion, and service through care. From shared smiles to heartfelt conversations, every moment was a reminder of why we love what we do.

We are so grateful to have been part of something so meaningful. Serving others, spreading kindness, and making a difference is what it’s all about! ✨

Thank you to everyone who made this trip possible and to the Hurley community for welcoming us so warmly. We arrived eager to serve, and in the process, we experienced how giving has a way of returning to you in the most meaningful and abundant ways!
