An important announcement for our Cigna Dental Insurance policy holders:

Effective today, August 24, 2026, Richmond Dental will be collecting payment at the time of service for all patients with CIGNA dental insurance.

CIGNA has informed our office that because Richmond Dental is out of network, they will no longer issue insurance payments directly to our office. Instead, CIGNA will reimburse patients directly for covered services.

We understand that this is a sudden change and may be an unexpected adjustment for our patients. We sincerely appreciate your understanding as we navigate this new payment process.

Richmond Dental will continue to submit your insurance claims on your behalf to CIGNA for reimbursement.

Richmond Dental has limited parking available for our patients and team members. Please note that the parking lot located directly behind our building along with the few spaces upfront, including handicap, is private and is not available for public parking. Patient parking only - Monday through Friday 7am-5pm 🅿️

We truly appreciate the activity and support for our wonderful local businesses and neighbors. However, to ensure our patients can access the office safely and arrive on time for their appointments, we kindly ask that these spaces remain available exclusively for Richmond Dental patients and staff. 🚘
