Happy office managers month! Charnell is one of the most honest, hard working, non drama oriented person I have ever met . We literally built this practice .. cement, tile etc… 30 plus years ago. Words could never express how much she means to me.. and her whole family! just wanted to thank Charnell for being there everyday💕 she works so hard and has “a lot on her plate” but she manages to run this practice and give it her all. I am so beyond grateful!

Another week of celebrating!
This time is was Sarah Pendleton birthday week!
Sarah is the first face you see when you come to our office and the voice on the other end of the line when you call.
We are keep her busy and I’m sure she gets tired of hearing her name but we couldn’t make it without her.
Sarah, we hope you had the most wonderful birthday week and enjoyed your day off!
Thank you for all you do!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🎁🎈🎂

Help us welcome Caroline Harris to the Baechtold Family Dentistry team! 🦷💙

Some of you may recognize Caroline from her time with us as an extern. We were lucky enough to get to know her then, and we’re even more excited to officially welcome her back—this time as part of our team! 🥰

Caroline is jumping right in as our newest dental assistant, and we couldn’t be happier to have her with us. We’re excited to watch her grow, learn, and become an important part of our dental family!

Welcome to the team, Caroline! We’re so glad you’re here! 🩷🦷✨

Today we’re celebrating our amazing dentist and boss! Thank you for putting up with all of us, keeping us laughing, taking great care of our patients, and somehow making it through another year with this crew! 😉

We hope your birthday is as wonderful as you are and that your day is filled with zero cavities, zero emergencies, and LOTS of cake! 🎂🥳

Happy Birthday, Lisette! We’re so lucky to call you our boss—and even luckier to call you family. ❤️

It may be late in the day, but we couldn’t let it pass without wishing Charnell the biggest and happiest birthday! 🎈🎉❤️

She truly is the glue that holds us all together. Even though we tell her ALL the time, I don’t think she realizes just how important she is—not only to our office, but to everyone who knows and loves her.

And it shows! Since she started working from home, almost every patient asks about her when they don’t see her smiling from her desk as they walk by. 🥰

Charnell, you are so loved and appreciated by everyone who knows you. We hope you’ve had the most wonderful, happy, and blessed birthday! You deserve it all! We love you!! ❤️🎂Allan Shewmake
