This patient came to Elara with significant crowding across both the upper and lower arch teeth overlapping, rotated and completely out of alignment.

The lower arch in particular was severely compressed with teeth pushing in every direction.

Dr. Sara & Dr. Sam built a custom treatment plan to systematically derotate, align and level both arches creating proper spacing, a functional bite and a smile this patient never thought was possible. 🤍

The result? A fully aligned upper and lower arch with proper occlusion and a smile that is completely transformed inside and out.
