Our “Secret Turkey” lunch! This tradition we’ve created has brought us so much closer together. Each year we anonymously write a sweet letter to someone else on the team, read them to each other and there is never a dry eye. It’s so refreshing to celebrate everyone’s skills, personalities, wins, etc every year. We are so thankful to be a part of such a special team of women. 💙

So thankful for each other! This year we started a new tradition called Secret Turkey - we drew names, wrote a sweet note to that person and it got read anonymously.
