What is your favorite way to start your day?
I love watching the sunrise with an iced coffee.

What is the newest thing you have tried?
A boxing class at my gym.Wow! What a tough workout!

Mint of course! Gotta love fresh breath!

Watching the Kentucky Derby is something Dr. Heringer and his family likes to do every year. And this race was especially inspiring when we saw Golden Tempo come from the back and end up taking first!
It was an exciting reminder that it’s never too late to start thinking about your dental care. No matter how far behind you feel, you can still make it ahead and win a healthy mouth!
