2.Floss using floss picks: it’s easier when you have a handle

Gum disease doesn’t happen overnight. It usually starts with plaque that isn’t removed (aka skipping brushing/flossing/dental cleanings) which then hardens into tartar. From there, bacteria can inflame your gums, damage the tissues that support your teeth, and eventually lead to bone loss and tooth loss.
👉The good news? When caught early, it’s often preventable and treatable. So to catch it early – don’t skip your brushing, flossing, and regular dental cleanings! 🦷
