After 2 wonderful years of caring for our patients and being part of our community, we are saying goodbye to Dr. Rao as she begins an exciting new chapter and focuses on her own practice.

We are incredibly grateful for the compassion, dedication, and care she has shared with our patients and team. She has made a lasting impact, and she will certainly be missed!

While saying goodbye is never easy, we are excited to see all that she will accomplish in her own office and wish her continued success in this next chapter. ❤️

🍎 It's Back to School for Us, Too! ✏️

We are always on the lookout for opportunities to improve our practice and create a safer, more compliant environment for our patients ✅️ Today, Stephanie B. and Steph R. attended a continuing education course covering OSHA, CDC Infection Control, and HIPAA in Dentistry at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay.🦷👩‍🏫

This course refreshed their individual expertise and also inspired new ideas to improve current protocols at HLOS. They are excited to share everything they learned with the team and implement these new concepts within our practice. 💉😷

Special thanks to instructor, Nan Dreves RDH, for imparting her knowledge, experience, and impeccable humor today. The Stephs have received their certificates as well as their crowns - just call them the Queens of Compliance! 👑 ;)
