•Brush for 2 minutes, 2 times per day.
•Swish with a fluoride mouth rinse for 1 minute, don’t eat or drink for 30 minutes
•Snack smart, avoid sugary foods and beverages
•Schedule routine dental checkups and prophylaxis twice per year
