Reston Station Dental & Pal Family Dentistry is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant at our Reston location. We are an established practice and looking for a dedicated and committed candidate with a minimum of 1-2 years experience. Individuals must have a positive attitude, strong initiative, be self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities:

The Dental Assistant will assist and support the Dentist in the clinical care of our patients.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Digital radiographs knowledge and experience
Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment
Assisting the Dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
Preparing patients for procedures or exams
Sterilization of instruments and lab procedures
Working efficiently to maintain doctor's schedule
Complying with all safety policies
Providing patients and the practice support services; including, but not limited to, personal assistance and medical attention
Maintaining dental supplies inventory and ordering
Helping to maintain production, and reporting statistics weekly
