Thank you for inviting us to participate in last weekend's Hope for Tomorrow Dental mission project in Sterling, VA! We were so happy to provide endodontic services for those in our community needing help along side so many great dentists and staff.

We could not be prouder to be part of such a great group of dental professionals in the DMV!! And a big thank you as well to .becky and .us for providing much of the needed endodontic equipment and supplies for the project!

Say hello to Archie ... Reston Endo's newest team member! Dr. Detar and his wife Elizabeth brought home Archie one week ago and are loving the addition to their family. Archie loves naps, mulch, and chew toys. He is growing lots of teeth right now and reminds everyone to use their toothbrush and toothpaste every day 🦷

While Archie has not passed his dental exams yet, he said to say "Good luck with your Roof-canal" 🐾

At Reston Endodontics, we utilize the latest in endodontic technology to help us diagnose and treat dental problems.

The surgical operating microscope allows us to magnify the tooth from 3x to 12x. Thats a LOT of zoom! We use the microscopes for almost everything we do as endodontists ... from finding cracks in teeth to root canals to apical surgery.

Here we are using it to examine a possible cracked tooth. Cracks are oftentimes very hard to visualize and the microscope is a great tool to use.
