We are looking for someone organized, self-motivated, and good with people. No drama. No excuses. Just solid work and a team you actually want to show up for.
The basics:
✔ 4 days/week, 6 hours/day — salaried at $30,000–$40,000 DOE
✔ Bonus opportunities
✔ 8–12 weeks of paid office closure per year
✔ Uniforms + continuing education
The schedule is real: The office closes regularly throughout the year and you are paid the whole time. Each team member covers 1–2 in-office rotation weeks during closures. That's it.
What you'll do:
Phones, patient intake, insurance paperwork, appointment confirmations, office email, patient financials, and occasional help in the back. You own your front desk. We trust you to run it.
You're our person if:
You're reliable, fast on your feet, easy to work with, and you don't wait to be told what to do. Dental experience is a plus — Eaglesoft experience even more so — but we will train the right candidate.
