2️⃣ Choose sugarless cough drops: Sure, fructose and corn syrup make cough drops taste almost as good as candy, but they also invite cavity-causing bacteria. 👎

3️⃣ Stay hydrated: Cold medications will always dry out your mouth, but that dry environment makes plaque and cavity bacteria go wild. 😖

Garlicky baked brie - a treat as healthy as it is delicious! 🍲

Ingredients:
✔️1 (9-inch) wheel brie cheese
✔️ 5 cloves garlic, crushed
✔️ 1 ½ tablespoon red pepper jelly, divided

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut the brie cheese round in half length-wise, creating two thinner wheels.
Spread the crushed garlic on the cut surface of 1 half and top the garlic layer with 1 1/2 teaspoons of red pepper jelly.
Place the other brie cheese half on top of the filling.
Spread the remaining 1 tablespoon of red pepper jelly on top of the brie cheese.
Place it all in a round casserole dish.
Bake in a preheated oven until the rind begins to soften (about 15 minutes).

Warm, yummy, and good for your teeth. What’s not to love? 😉
