Friday morning continuing education and a powerful reminder that sometimes the root cause is hiding in plain sight.

Many patients are labeled with ADHD, ADD, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and other conditions, when one of the biggest underlying issues may be poor sleep caused by a restricted nasal airway.

When we can’t breathe properly through our nose, our bodies don’t get the quality rest they need. Over time, this can lead to daytime fatigue, difficulty focusing, mood changes, teeth grinding, and eventually TMJ issues later in life.

The airway matters more than most people realize.

By looking beyond the symptoms and identifying the true cause, we can help patients improve their sleep, their health, and their overall quality of life.
