Dr. Joe McElhinney III Dr. McElhinney has practiced dentistry in Reno, NV since 1978.

He attends numerous continuing education courses each year and has belonged to several study groups over the years that have focused on occlusion (bite problems), TMJ disorders, full-mouth reconstruction, periodontal disease (severe gum problems), implants, customized dentures and the use of lasers for treating tooth decay and gum disease.
