In all seriousness, brushing your teeth is the BEST thing you can do for your smile. Here are a few quick tips:

• Brush you teeth twice a day for at least 2 minutes.
• If you notice your toothbrush starting to fray, it could be possible you are brushing too hard.
• Change out your toothbrush every 3-4 months.
• Use toothpaste that is ADA approved.
