🤩 HOW TO GET MY CHILD TO BRUSH HIS/HER TEETH🥽

What we take for granted, like brushing your teeth can, at times, seem nearly impossible for your little ones.

However, dental health is extremely important. Teaching children good habits at an early age can pay a lifetime's worth of healthy dividends. Luckily, there are a few things you can do to make the process easier—such as choosing the right toothpaste for your little one.

Did you know that many children may find the mint flavor in toothpaste overpowering and unpleasant? Sadly, if your child doesn’t like the flavor they’re given, they’ll be more likely to fight the process, and fail to develop the good habits to equip them for a healthy life.

Try choosing a fruity toothpaste, they may find brushing more enjoyable.

Also, while fluoride is proven to protect your teeth, did you know it can be harmful if swallowed—and since children under three can’t spit their toothpaste out, it’s generally better to get a toothpaste without fluoride in it.

Making The Eastside My New Home

I want to thank Redmond, and the entire community here for making myself and my team feel welcome.

As a new practice (we've just completed our first 90 days), we are so excited and honored to meet you all. I could not have progressed so far and so quickly without the extraordinary support from all of my patients and phenomenal team.

As we are squarely approaching the back-to-school season, I understand that parents and families are busy. That is why I created a 24-hr text-help-line for non-emergency, administrative, and scheduling questions. It allows myself and my team to connect directly with my patients and the local community.
