One more team night. One more great memory. 🏓🔥

Thursday night we had a pickleball tournament with our work family—and it was the perfect reminder of what we’ve built together. 🙌

Dr. Helgen and I wanted to plan one last fun team event before our final day in the office on Thursday, June 4th.

Last year we celebrated our Best Orthodontist win with pickleball and dinner… so bringing it back this year just felt right. 💙

But this night was about more than pickleball.

It was about the culture.
The friendships.
The laughter.
The relationships built over years of showing up together.

We’ve always believed that when you build around strong core values, amazing people come together—and that’s exactly what happened.

Today Boogie came in for an observation visit between Phase 1 and Phase 2, while Caleb was here for his adjustment. Different stages, same incredible family.

The Disch family brings us fresh eggs from the farm—we try to send them home with fresh smiles. 🥚😁

MEET MY TEAM: DR. LINDSEY HELGEN 🦷✨

To wrap up our Meet My Team series, I want to introduce my partner — Dr. Lindsey Helgen.

Dr. Helgen and I met in 2012 through our favorite Ormco rep, Amy Simon — and she was right, we became fast friends. Lindsey started in our office one day a week, then two… and by year three we were working together full time. Not long after, we became partners — and we’ve loved practicing together ever since.

Lindsey is smart, kind, and fun, but what really makes our partnership special is how aligned we are in what matters most — clinical excellence, meaningful relationships, affordable care, and exceptional customer service.

There’s a real synergy in working together — we truly believe we’re better together than we are on our own, and our patients benefit from that every day.

Over the years, Dr. Helgen has treated thousands of patients, become board certified, and developed into an expert orthodontist. She’s the one I would trust to treat my own kids, family, and closest friends.

And maybe most importantly — our patients love her.

I’m incredibly thankful to get to do this work alongside Lindsey and to build something meaningful together for the families we serve.
