Interesting finding: Patients with braces who brush within 30 minutes after meals have significantly fewer white spot lesions (the chalky white marks that can be early signs of decay) than those who wait longer.

Since food can easily get trapped around brackets and wires, brushing soon after eating can make a big difference. Set a timer if you need a reminder! ⏰🦷✨
