🦈🏂 BLUEFISH TAKES ON MT. BACHELOR! ❄️💙 Porter shredding it in a shark suit!

Who says sharks only belong in the ocean?! 🌊 One of our awesome Bluefish patients was spotted shredding the slopes of Mt. Bachelor in full shark style! 🦈⛷️

We LOVE seeing our Bluefish family out making waves (and carving turns) in Central Oregon! 💙

💙 Happy kiddos, healthy smiles! 🦷✨

We believe a trip to the dentist should feel comfortable, positive, and maybe even a little fun! From the moment our little patients walk through the door, our goal is to help them feel safe, cared for, and proud of their smiles.

Whether it’s your child’s very first visit, a routine cleaning, or they need a little extra dental care, we’re here to make each visit a good one. We love watching our patients grow, learn healthy habits, and leave with those BIG smiles! 😁

Come visit us at Bluefish Dental and let’s keep those smiles happy and healthy! 🪥💙

🪥 Brushing harder does NOT mean brushing better!

It might feel like scrubbing your teeth extra hard will get them cleaner, but too much pressure can actually irritate your gums and wear down your enamel over time. The goal is gentle, thorough brushing—not a workout for your teeth! 😁

Use a soft-bristled toothbrush, gentle pressure, and small, circular motions to clean all those little surfaces. And don’t forget to brush for about two minutes, twice a day! 🦷✨

A gentle brush + good technique = a happier, healthier smile! 💙

🦷 Little teeth need BIG care too! 💙

Those tiny teeth are busy helping little ones eat, talk, smile, and grow—and they deserve just as much attention as grown-up teeth. Starting good dental habits early can help set the stage for a lifetime of healthy smiles!

Regular dental visits, brushing twice a day, and helping little ones learn to care for their teeth can make a BIG difference. ✨

At Bluefish Dental, we love making dental visits fun, comfortable, and positive from the very beginning! 🪥💙

Recently been sick? 🤧🪥 Don’t forget to swap out your toothbrush once you’re feeling better! A fresh toothbrush can help keep those germs from hanging around. And if your kiddo was sick, make sure they get a fresh one too! 💙
