Periodontal Health Awareness Day (3.23) was started by Team Perio to shine a light on the importance of gum health and its connection to overall health. The numbers 2 and 3 represent healthy pocket depths (3mm or less), a key sign of stable, healthy gums.

By spreading awareness, we can help encourage early detection, prevention, and better periodontal health for a lifetime of healthy smiles.
