🎉 Happy 12th Birthday, Jaxon! 🎂

For years, Jaxon has made it a tradition to schedule his dental cleaning on his birthday, and we think that’s pretty special.

Today we celebrate 250 years of the American story.

As we celebrate our own 50th anniversary this year, we’re reminded how grateful we are to be part of this community and to care for generations of families here in Northern California.

Some of the most important lessons I’ve ever learned didn’t happen in a classroom or a dental office.

They happened in the mountains with my dad.

Long before Norman Family Dental Group became what it is today, he taught me lessons about slowing down, being present, treating people with respect, and always doing the right thing—even when no one is watching.

Looking back, I realize those lessons shaped far more than my love for the mountains.

They shaped the way we care for our patients.

The mountains aren’t our brand.

They’re part of our family’s story.

And those same values continue to guide us every day.

50 years ago, my father, Dr. Drew Norman, opened this practice with a simple vision: to build a place where patients would be treated like family.
In 2014, I had the privilege of joining him, and for several years we practiced side by side before his retirement in 2018.
This year, as we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we’re incredibly grateful for the trust generations of families have placed in us over the years.
This milestone is more than a celebration of the past. It’s the beginning of a new chapter.
While much will evolve, one thing never will:
Our commitment to treating every patient like family.
