✨ MEET THE TEAM! NEXT UP: SHAWNEE! ✨

Continuing our Meet the Team series with the person who helps keep our day-to-day running smoothly , Shawnee, our Lead of Operations! 🦷💗
Shawnee may be newer to our team, but she is certainly not new to dentistry or leadership. She brings over 5 years of experience in the dental field and around 15 years of management experience to our practice.

As our Lead of Operations, Shawnee helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and works hard to keep all the moving pieces moving in the same direction. But what she cares about most isn’t just getting things done, it’s people. ❤️

She is a MASSIVE team player and absolutely thrives in a cohesive team environment. A positive company culture is her JAM. 🙌🏼 She believes that when a team communicates, supports one another, and genuinely enjoys working together, everyone benefits, especially our patients.

Shawnee is upbeat, funny, organized, and brings a clear vision for where she sees our team going. She’s the kind of leader who wants everyone to feel supported, valued, and part of something bigger than themselves.

Now let’s get to know the person behind the operations role! 👇🏼

🎬 Movie taste: A24, indie & foreign films, Labyrinth, and Hot Rod. 😂

🎶 Outside of work: Concerts and live music with her husband, hanging with friends, sunbathing, beach bonfires, stargazing, farmers markets, micro flower farming, thrifting, making jewelry, playing video games, and spending time with her fur babies. 🐾✨

🥩 Favorite food: A GOOD steak, French fries with chilled ranch, a crispy Dr Pepper, or a solid outdoor BBQ. 😂

☕ Coffee order: White chocolate mocha with raspberry + lavender, extra hot.

💎 Fun fact: Shawnee has a VERY impressive rock, mineral, and geode collection that she’s been building for decades! 🪨✨

🌌 Bonus fun fact: She also knows A LOT about space. So if you ever need someone to discuss the universe, planets, stars, or anything cosmic… Shawnee is your girl. 😂

We’re so excited to have Shawnee as part of our dental family and love the energy, vision, and heart she brings to our team every day. ❤️

Stay tuned for more team members to come!

✨ MEET THE TEAM! NEXT UP: DANIELLE! ✨

We’re continuing our Meet the Team series with someone who has been here from the very beginning ... Danielle, RDA! 🦷💗

Danielle is one of our true OGs, joining us when the practice first opened its doors in 2017! 🎉 After all these years, she knows our office, our patients, our team, and seriously knows the doctor’s brain inside and out. 😂

She’s the kind of person who just gets stuff done. She’s dedicated, dependable, even-tempered, and someone who gets along with everyone. Most importantly, she genuinely cares about her patients and her team. After all these years, she has become such an important part of the heart of our practice. ❤️

And while she may be calm and collected at work, Danielle definitely has a fun side. So let’s get to know our resident OG a little better! 👇🏼

👧🏼👧🏼 Her favorite people: Her husband and her two young girls, Judith and Margot. ❤️

🎬 Movie taste: Horror, thrillers, and anything spooky! 👻

Guilty pleasures: Disney, musicals, and The Wizard of Oz. 🌈✨

🏒 Hobbies: Playing hockey, hiking, camping, board games, video games, movie nights, audiobooks, w**e tasting, thrifting… and apparently a little Amazon shopping. 😉📦

🍣 Favorite foods: Sushi, bean & cheese burritos, and Thai food.

☕ Coffee order: Iced Venti vanilla coffee with half & half.

👽 Fun fact: Danielle is originally from Santa Clarita and will happily nerd out with you about aliens, the Loch Ness Monster, Bigfoot, and all things mysterious. 🛸👣🦕

Honestly… we may have found our resident office cryptid expert. 😂

When she’s not taking care of our patients or keeping the office running smoothly, you’ll find Danielle spending time with her family, playing hockey, getting outdoors, or probably falling down an Amazon shopping rabbit hole. 😂

We are incredibly grateful that Danielle has been part of our story since day one. Her dedication, consistency, humor, and genuine care for the people around her have made her an irreplaceable part of our dental family. ❤️

Give Danielle some love! 👇🏼 And stay tuned as we continue introducing the amazing people behind the smiles! 🦷✨
