Ever wonder why your teeth look so smooth and shiny after a cleaning? You can thank our awesome hygienists and their gentle polishing process for that. Using a soft rotating cup and a special polishing paste, our team buffs away surface stains and smooths the enamel. It’s the finishing touch that helps keep plaque from sticking and gives you that fresh, just-cleaned feeling every time. BUT WE NEED YOU TO DO YOUR PART AT HOME!!!

This question seems to bubble up a lot.
Seltzer isn't necessarily bad for your teeth, but it’s also not as harmless as plain water. The carbonation makes it slightly acidic, which can slowly weaken enamel if you sip it throughout the day.

That doesn’t mean you need to stop drinking it. It just means a few simple habits can help protect your smile. Try enjoying seltzer with meals instead of continuously sipping, use a straw when you can, and follow it with plain water to help neutralize the acidity. It’s also best to wait about 20–30 minutes before brushing, since enamel can be softer right after exposure to acids.
