Happy Birthday to our very own Dr. Garcia!

Today, weโ€™re celebrating the wonderful woman behind so many beautiful smiles! Dr. Garciaโ€™s passion for dentistry, dedication to her patients, and commitment to making our practice feel like family are just a few of the many reasons we appreciate her so much.

This year, sheโ€™s celebrating her special day in the most magical way, spending quality time with her family at Disneyโ€™s Animal Kingdom in sunny Florida! We couldnโ€™t think of a better way for her to enjoy a well-deserved birthday getaway!

Please join our entire team in wishing Dr. Garcia a very Happy Birthday! Hereโ€™s to another year filled with love, laughter, new adventures, and plenty of reasons to smile!
We love and appreciate you, Dr. Garcia!

A little behind-the-scenes appreciation for our co-owner, David Medeiros!

While much of his work happens behind the scenes, David plays an incredibly important role in helping us create beautiful, healthy smiles for our patients. From the intricate details of dental restorations to the precision and craftsmanship that go into each case, his dedication to his work is truly something special! Dental technology is both a science and an art, requiring patience, a steady hand, and an incredible eye for detail. David brings all three to the table, along with years of experience and a genuine commitment to excellence.
We are so grateful for everything he does for the practice, our team, and, most importantly, our patients! His hard work may not always be visible from the dental chair, but the results certainly are!

Leadership is about learning, growing, and challenging one another, but we believe there should always be room to have a little fun along the way! โšพ๏ธ๐Ÿค

Over the course of this year, our department leaders at East Coast Dental Design have had the opportunity to participate in the Tower Leadership Academy, where weโ€™ve been learning the โ€œ4 Rsโ€ of Leadership: Representation, Resilience, Remedy, and Results.

Through each session, weโ€™ve learned more about what it means to lead by example, build trust through consistency, remain resilient through challenges, and navigate conflict with purpose. With our final session on Results coming up in October, weโ€™re so grateful for everything this experience has taught us about building a culture of WINNING.

But some of the best moments happen outside the classroom, too! Strong teams are built through shared experiences, laughter, and simply taking the time to enjoy one anotherโ€™s company. We had such a fun time together at the Atlanta Braves game, and for a few members of our team, it was their very first baseball game!

Weโ€™re grateful for the lessons, the memories, and most importantly, the people we get to grow alongside. Because when you genuinely enjoy the people you work with, learning and leading together becomes that much more meaningful.

Thank you to Tower Leadership , Brian Hunter (Brian Hunter | tinyRHINO CEO | Leadership Coach ), and tinyRHINO for an incredible experience so far. Weโ€™re looking forward to finishing strong in October!

There is something so meaningful about hearing that a patient left our office feeling not only confident in their care, but genuinely heard, informed, and supported.

Dental care is about so much more than treating teeth. It is about taking the time to listen, thoroughly explain each option, answer questions, ease anxieties, and help every patient feel comfortable making decisions about their health.

We are incredibly grateful for this beautiful review and for the trust our patients place in Dr. Garcia and our team. Creating an environment where exceptional dentistry is paired with kindness and compassion will always be at the heart of what we do.

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your smile and your care. Reviews like this truly mean more to us than you know!

Today, our office remains closed as Massachusetts digs out from the Blizzard of 2026 โ„๏ธ๐ŸŒจ๏ธ

This powerful storm brought heavy snowfall, strong winds, travel bans, widespread power outages, and hazardous road conditions that have made travel unsafe for our team and patients alike. Safety is always our top priority, so weโ€™ve had to keep the doors closed while the snow settles and cleanup continues. Inside, everything is peaceful and waiting: the treatment rooms are quiet under gentle lighting, the reception area stays cozy with its familiar warm touches, and weโ€™re all eager for things to clear up so we can get back to what we love, caring for your smiles!

Rest well today, stay safe and warm (maybe with some extra layers, hot cocoa, or time with loved ones), and weโ€™ll be sure to keep you all updated as soon as we can reopen. Your understanding and patience mean so much to us during this winter storm, we truly appreciate being part of such a caring community.

Stay tuned for our next update.

Our leadership team is growing stronger every day!

David, Sonia (Front Desk Leader), Jen (Lead Dental Hygienist), and Kailey (Lead Dental Assistant) recently attended an inspiring leadership course through , a program dedicated to elevating dental practices through thoughtful, high-impact development. This experience centered on deep personal reflection around representation in leadership, reminding us that people perceive and approach leadership in unique ways! It encouraged everyone to examine their reactions in challenging situations, whether staying calm and level-headed or feeling overwhelmed by stress, and to consciously choose responses that foster clarity and strength. By exploring a variety of leadership techniques, the team gained valuable insights into adapting styles while committing to greater consistency in their own approaches.

These lessons are already sparking positive shifts, helping us lead with more unity, confidence, and empathy across the practice. We are so proud of this incredible group for investing in themselves and bringing fresh energy back to benefit our patients and team every single day!
