These two cuties are officially rocking their first 𝕀𝕟𝕧𝕚𝕤𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕘𝕟 𝔽𝕚𝕣𝕤𝕥 aligners and they couldn’t be happier about it! 👱🏼‍♀️✨👧🏼

Today, our office remains closed as Massachusetts digs out from the Blizzard of 2026 ❄️🌨️

This powerful storm brought heavy snowfall, strong winds, travel bans, widespread power outages, and hazardous road conditions that have made travel unsafe for our team and patients alike. Safety is always our top priority, so we’ve had to keep the doors closed while the snow settles and cleanup continues. Inside, everything is peaceful and waiting: the treatment rooms are quiet under gentle lighting, the reception area stays cozy with its familiar warm touches, and we’re all eager for things to clear up so we can get back to what we love, caring for your smiles!

Rest well today, stay safe and warm (maybe with some extra layers, hot cocoa, or time with loved ones), and we’ll be sure to keep you all updated as soon as we can reopen. Your understanding and patience mean so much to us during this winter storm, we truly appreciate being part of such a caring community.

Our leadership team is growing stronger every day!

David, Sonia (Front Desk Leader), Jen (Lead Dental Hygienist), and Kailey (Lead Dental Assistant) recently attended an inspiring leadership course through , a program dedicated to elevating dental practices through thoughtful, high-impact development. This experience centered on deep personal reflection around representation in leadership, reminding us that people perceive and approach leadership in unique ways! It encouraged everyone to examine their reactions in challenging situations, whether staying calm and level-headed or feeling overwhelmed by stress, and to consciously choose responses that foster clarity and strength. By exploring a variety of leadership techniques, the team gained valuable insights into adapting styles while committing to greater consistency in their own approaches.

These lessons are already sparking positive shifts, helping us lead with more unity, confidence, and empathy across the practice. We are so proud of this incredible group for investing in themselves and bringing fresh energy back to benefit our patients and team every single day!

Every great smile has a story… and ours started with a first date and a view of an empty lot! We are celebrating 20 years of smiles, stories, and building something special right where it all began 🥂✨

27 years ago, Dave and I had our very first date at the newly opened Stoneforge Tavern. We parked right there, overlooking an empty lot that would one day become our home, East Coast Dental Design.
8 years later, in 2006, we opened our doors and never looked back. From welcoming our first patients to growing our team, expanding services, and watching families grow with us… it’s been an incredible journey filled with gratitude, hard work, and so many beautiful smiles.

We want to extend immense gratitude to every single one of you who has trusted us with your care over these 20 years. We are so grateful for this community and excited for all the smiles still to come!

Even Salem knows it’s time for a dental glow-up!

Dr. Garcia’s daughter’s sweet horse just got her teeth floated which is a gentle, routine procedure performed by a trained equine dentist… it does not hurt Salem at all! Horses’ teeth have no nerves on the surface where the smoothing happens (like filing your own nails), and most horses, like Salem, are lightly sedated just to keep them relaxed and comfortable during the process.

She walked away from her appointment completely relaxed and ready to enjoy her hay with ease and comfort, clear proof that quality dental care feels wonderful!
