Washington State School District Employees!!!

Your dental insurance is changing in January 2020. You will have three choices when open enrollment comes up! We are PREMIER provider to ONE of the plans-Delta Dental of Washington , UNIFORM DENTAL group.
Unfortunately we are NOT in Network with the Delta Care or Willamette. These plans have their own specific offices you will have to go to if you choose them as they are managed care. The closest office is in Olympia.
If you would like to continue your dental care with our office please choose Delta Dental of Washington UNIFORM dental group #09600. We hope this makes the change a little easier .
