Our Office Manager, Kelly, had the opportunity to attend the annual AADOM Conference (American Association of Dental Office Management) in Orlando, Florida!

She was joined by two of the gals from Black Hills Modern Endodontics. Haylee, their Office Manager (pictured), and Andrea, an Office Assistant (behind the camera). They connected with dental office professionals from across the country, shared experiences and ideas, and learned new strategies for communication, leadership, and practice management.

We love opportunities to learn and grow. Not only for ourselves, but for the benefit of our entire team and, most importantly, our patients. We’re always looking for ways to bring what we learn back to Boulevard Dental and continue raising the bar for the care and experience we provide.
