Meet Rudine, one of our Surgical Assistants!

Rudine has been part of the Black Hills Oral Surgery team for a year and a half, and one of her favorite parts of the job is learning something new every day. She loves assisting during surgeries, caring for patients, and making sure each person feels comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit.

When she’s not at work, you’ll usually find her tackling creative projects. She enjoys woodworking, decorating, arts and crafts, and even building dollhouses—a hobby that surprises a lot of people! If she had a free day, she’d happily spend it with family, enjoying fun outings, shopping, and taking some time to relax.

Meet Carissa, one of Black Hills Oral Surgery’s Front Desk Assistants. She has been with us for the past three years and works primarily at our Stumer office. One of her favorite parts of the job is getting to know patients when they check in and working alongside such a great team every day.

When she’s not at the office, you’ll likely find her with a good book, working on her writing, or catching up on her favorite TV shows. Her perfect day off would include reading or writing at a local café, a little shopping, and spending time with her husband.

Fun fact: Carissa has been deer hunting since she was 10 years old!
