Manual or electric toothbrush? 🪥

Our hygienist Missy actually uses a manual toothbrush herself, but when it comes to patients, she often recommends an electric toothbrush.

Why? Because for most people, it's less about the toothbrush and more about technique. Electric toothbrushes can make it easier to brush thoroughly and for the full recommended two minutes.

At the end of the day, the best toothbrush is the one you use correctly and consistently. Brush twice a day, take your time, and don't forget to floss!

What team are you on: manual or electric? ⬇️

Meet Allie 👋

She is one of the newest additions to our Dental Specialties team! As a dental assistant, she helps support our perio and surgical teams by making sure both the doctor and patient have everything they need throughout treatment.

Allie earned her DA license after attending Southeastern Regional Technical High School, and her passion for dentistry started the very first time she walked into the dental assisting shop at school. Outside of work, she loves traveling, hiking, spending time with friends, and hanging out with her 3 cats 🐈

We’re excited to have her on the team!

Root canals have a scary reputation, but the truth is they’re designed to save your natural tooth and relieve pain. 🦷

Modern root canal treatment is safe, effective, and often no more uncomfortable than getting a filling. By removing infection inside the tooth and sealing it properly, we can help restore comfort, function, and your smile.

If you’ve been dealing with tooth pain, sensitivity, or swelling, don’t wait too long to get it checked out.
