Most of New Jersey (85% - including Bergen County) does not have Fluoridated water. The recommended level is 0.7 mg/L and should not exceed 2.0 mg/L. If cavities are a concern than a mouthwash (anti-cavity with Fluoride) like ACT is a great supplement. And please remember to floss! 😁

I get this question a lot. As long as we floss daily (best before bedtime) we are doing our part in taking care of our oral health. Some people even brush, floss, and brush again 😃!
