Our Story

We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. Dr. Urlaub has been excelling in dentistry for 37 years and has been in our North Raleigh location for 17 years. Dr. Urlaub has trained under world famous dentists in Comprehensive and Cosmetic dentistry and incorporates digital technology throughout our office. He know is able to provide drill-free and shot-free dental restorations and minor gum procedures through the use of the new Convergent Dental Solea all tissue CO2 laser. He is one of only a very few dentists to offer this breakthrough dental technology in the Triangle region. He is also one of the elite Cerec crown trained dentists in the area, allowing for ceramic crowns and veneers to be digitally imaged, custom designed and manufactured onsite and placed in just one, two-hour office visit. There is no need for a second appointment weeks down the road wearing temporary crowns that may fall off awaiting your appointment to get the permanent crown placed. We understand that some patients experience anxiety or fear when coming to the dentist prompting them to inquire about sedation dentistry. We do offer an anti-anxiety medication to be taken prior to your dental appointment to make your dental visit more comfortable. We provide many other dental services including: veneers, teeth whitening, bridges, surgical placement of implants, implant crown restorations, dentures, extractions, Invisalign and Clear Correct type clear braces, snoring and sleep apnea appliances and periodontal gum treatment. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office and we welcome and treat all our patients as if they were family. We offer overhead cable television in every room, blankets, overhead music, and a very comfortable reception area with a complimentary coffee bar for your enjoyment.
