Objectives

Expert Knowledge: Continue to be recognized as a local leading source of expert knowledge in dental management by exercising leadership in research, recommended practice, policy development and information. Education and Training: Enhance the expertise and professionalism of managers and provide recognition for their achievements. Leadership Development: Engage in efforts to develop

the skills and capabilities necessary to enable them to become organizational leaders. Strategic Use of Technology: Provide information and analytical tools to help identify and apply appropriate, economical technologies to support efficient resource allocation, quality services and effective decision-making and to promote patient involvement. Association Operations: Conduct the operations of the Association in a manner that exemplifies the highest standards of dental management, member services, and our local dental community.
