We completed our actual final punch walk today with the real project managers and Chief Inspectors AKA the Tiny Executive Team.

They inspected every cabinet, tested the plumbing, identified unfinished items, discovered a new favorite chair, and found several opportunities that we didn’t know. Did they approve Luma Dental Studio for opening?

We have completed our final punch walk. A year ago, this was a vision and now, we walked the space with our architect, project manager,, and reviewing the final details before opening for the last time together. It is the end of this chapter and the beginning of another. We’re almost there. June 1st here we come!

Mid-construction update. April 2026. Luma Dental Studio is slowly but surely coming to life here in Raleigh, NC  Watching this vision take shape piece by piece has been such an exciting journey. Stay tuned for more behind-the-scenes progress.

One thing I’ve learned about dentistry is that there is always more to learn. Always.

As I continue building Luma Dental Studio here in Raleigh, North Carolina, it’s important to me to stay current with the latest innovations, technology, and products in dentistry so I can make thoughtful decisions about what I bring into the practice and ultimately provide the best experience possible for my patients. There is no better place than the midwinter meeting in Chicago for that.

The Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting was such a great opportunity to learn, explore, and get inspired for what’s ahead.
