Dr. Kent also offers significant support to local schools, scout troops, dance studios, sports teams, churches and other groups and organizations – which seems as much a part of his passion as is his profession. A native of Ohio, Dr. Kent received undergraduate degrees in chemistry and zoology at UNC-Chapel Hill and achieved both a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and a Master of Orthodontic Sciences degree at Washington University of St. He’s thrilled to help create smiles that have a major effect on self-image and self-esteem. “What most don't realize is that orthodontics is a lot more than straight teeth. The transformation a patient goes through in having orthodontic treatment is a life changing process.”
