We recommend replacing your toothbrush (or toothbrush head if you use an electric toothbrush) about every 3 months — or sooner if the bristles become frayed or worn.

Worn bristles don’t clean as effectively, and a fresh brush helps you get the most out of your daily routine. 💙

A simple reminder: when the seasons change, it may be time for a new toothbrush!
