Such a fun afternoon at Raleigh Perio’s Food Truck Rodeo! ☀️🌮💙

Our team loved getting out to enjoy some delicious food, catch up with so many friends—old and new—and soak up this beautiful day. There’s nothing better than good food, great company, and time spent connecting with our dental community!

💀🦷 HE’S BAAAAACK… Dr. Skully McSmiles has returned!

It took a little teamwork (and some serious heavy lifting 😂), but our favorite 12-foot dental professional is officially back on duty for spooky season!

Dr. Skully McSmiles has one very important message for everyone driving by:

“NEGLECT YOUR TEETH & YOU’LL END UP LIKE ME!” 💀

Dramatic? Maybe.
Good dental advice? Absolutely. 😂

Dr. Skully may be all bones and no teeth, but he knows a thing or two about keeping your smile from becoming frightening. 👻

His prescription for a BOO-tiful smile:

🪥 Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.
🦷 Clean between your teeth daily with floss or another interdental cleaner.
🍬 Enjoy those Halloween treats, but try not to snack on sugary treats continuously throughout the day.
😁 Keep up with regular dental visits on the schedule recommended for you.

Because the only thing we want looking spooky this season is Dr. Skully McSmiles — not your smile. 😉

And if it’s been a scarily long time since we’ve seen you…

Don’t ghost your dentist. 👻

Come see us before Dr. Skully starts asking questions. 💀😂

📸 SPOT SKULLY? Snap a picture with him, tag us, and say hello to the newest member of our skeleton crew!

Happy spooky season from Dr. Skully McSmiles and the whole dental team! 🎃🦷💀

✨ Celebrating 25 Years of Smiles! ✨

What a wonderful evening at the Wake Smiles Silver Celebration Gala at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences, celebrating 25 years of transforming lives through compassionate dental care. 🦷❤️

Over the past 25 years, Wake Smiles has served more than 10,000 patients and is now providing over $1.8 million in dental care to uninsured adults in Wake County. That’s thousands of neighbors whose smiles have been restored — along with confidence, dignity, and hope.

It was inspiring to celebrate alongside the dentists, volunteers, supporters, and community leaders who have made this mission possible. So grateful to be part of an evening honoring the past, celebrating the present, and helping ensure even more healthy smiles in the years ahead.

Here’s to the next 25 years of Wake Smiles! 🥂✨
