Dear Valued Patient,
Thank you for the trust and confidence you have shown by allowing me to care for your dental needs over the past five years. It is with mixed emotions that I share the news that I have sold my practice.
Recent life changes have led me to reassess my priorities, and I have concluded that owning a private practice no longer aligns with my personal and professional goals. My commitment to public health remains strong, and I believe this practice—its staff and patients—deserves a dentist who will invest fully in its continued excellence.
To ensure you continue to receive the highest standard of care, I carefully evaluated several candidates and selected Dr. Karan Grewal. Dr. Grewal is a compassionate, highly skilled general dentist whose approach aligns with the philosophy of this office. I am confident he will provide exceptional care to each of you.
Dr. Karan Grewal is a Seattle native who earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. Prior to private practice, Dr. Grewal proudly served in the United States Army, where he was assigned to the 44th Medical Brigade and had the honor of providing dental care to the soldiers of the 82nd Airborne Division. That experience instilled in him a deep commitment to service and to always doing the right thing, values he carries into every patient interaction to this day. When he is not in the office, you can find Dr. Grewal running marathons, perfecting his North Carolina BBQ technique, or deep into a home improvement project that his wife Jasjit and their little dog Nimbu are patiently waiting for him to finish.
Dr. Grewal is thrilled to offer a full range of general and restorative dental services, including extractions, dental implants, crowns, TMJ therapies, clear aligners, and sedation options, but his approach goes well beyond the chair. He is deeply committed to understanding the whole patient, from diet and sleep habits to overall health, because he believes that lasting oral health never happens in isolation. His goal is to meet each patient exactly where they are and help build a smile they can maintain for life. The renaming of the practice to North Oaks Family Dentistry reflects that vision perfectly, because he believes that strong roots grow healthy smiles. Dr. Grewal looks forward to putting down roots right alongside you, and he truly cannot wait to meet you.
